By using the platform, sellers and buyers agree to the terms and conditions specified in this policy.

1. Payment for Purchases by Customers

  • Payment Methods: SHOPDOSE.IN offers a variety of payment options for customers, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, and cash on delivery (COD) for certain regions. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways that comply with industry-standard security protocols.
  • Transaction Security: SHOPDOSE.IN ensures the security of customer payment details through encrypted and secure payment processing systems. Customers are encouraged to check their bank statements and payment confirmations after a transaction.
  • Payment Confirmation: Once a payment is successfully processed, customers will receive a payment confirmation via email. In the case of COD orders, a confirmation email will be sent when the order is dispatched for delivery.

2. Seller Payments and Payouts

  • Payment Schedule: Sellers on SHOPDOSE.IN will receive their payments for successfully completed sales on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, depending on the chosen payout schedule. Payouts will be processed after the order has been confirmed and the return/cancellation period has elapsed.
  • Payment Method for Sellers: Payments to sellers will be made via direct bank transfer to the bank account details provided during the registration process. All bank details must be accurate to avoid delays or payment issues.
  • Commission and Fees: SHOPDOSE.IN charges a commission on each sale made through the platform. The commission percentage will vary depending on the seller agreement and the product category. The applicable commission will be deducted from the total sales before the payout is processed.
  • Minimum Payment Threshold: Sellers are required to reach a minimum payment threshold before a payout is processed. The threshold will be specified during registration and may vary depending on the seller’s plan or agreement with SHOPDOSE.IN.
  • Payment Disputes: If there is a payment dispute or if a seller believes there has been an error in their payment calculation, they may contact SHOPDOSE.IN’s support team for resolution. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of receiving the payment.

3. Refunds and Chargebacks

  • Customer Refunds: In the event of product returns or cancellations, the customer will receive a refund based on the return policy. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the purchase, and the processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway used.
  • Seller Deductions: In case of a return or chargeback, the seller will bear the cost of the return, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from the next payout. If the chargeback is initiated due to a seller’s fault (e.g., product not delivered, faulty products), SHOPDOSE.IN reserves the right to deduct the full amount of the sale and any applicable fees.
  • Chargeback Management: SHOPDOSE.IN will notify sellers about chargebacks and may require them to provide evidence or documentation to dispute the chargeback. Failure to address chargebacks may result in penalties or account suspension.

4. Taxes and Invoicing

  • GST Compliance: Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable tax regulations, including GST (Goods and Services Tax), and must provide valid tax information. SHOPDOSE.IN does not handle the collection of taxes on behalf of sellers, and sellers are responsible for issuing invoices and paying taxes as per local tax laws.
  • Invoicing: Sellers must issue invoices for all transactions, and the invoice must contain the required tax details, including GST registration number (if applicable), the itemized list of products sold, and the corresponding amounts.

5. Currency and Conversion

  • Currency: All transactions on SHOPDOSE.IN are conducted in INR (Indian Rupees). If a seller operates in a different currency, they will need to ensure conversion to INR when setting up product prices.
  • Currency Conversion Fees: In case of international transactions, currency conversion fees may apply based on the payment gateway used. These fees will be borne by the seller or customer, depending on the payment method.

6. Payment Security and Fraud Prevention

  • Secure Payment Gateways: All payments on SHOPDOSE.IN are processed through secure third-party payment gateways that comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). SHOPDOSE.IN uses encryption and other security measures to protect financial data during transactions.
  • Fraud Prevention: SHOPDOSE.IN monitors transactions for any fraudulent activity. Any suspicious activity will be investigated, and necessary actions will be taken, including holding funds or suspending seller accounts. Sellers must ensure they comply with anti-fraud measures and provide accurate transaction details.
  • Dispute Resolution: If there is any dispute over a payment or refund, customers and sellers can contact SHOPDOSE.IN’s support team for resolution. SHOPDOSE.IN aims to resolve all payment-related disputes fairly and promptly.

7. Payment Policy Changes

SHOPDOSE.IN reserves the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time. Sellers will be notified of any changes via email or through the seller portal. Continued use of the platform after changes to the policy will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
