Seller Payment Policy for SHOPDOSE.IN

Introduction
At SHOPDOSE.IN, we strive to maintain a seamless experience for both sellers and buyers in our fashion marketplace. This Seller Payment Policy outlines how payments will be processed for all transactions involving products sold on the platform. By listing products on SHOPDOSE.IN, sellers agree to adhere to the terms outlined below.
Payment Processing
- Transaction Fees: SHOPDOSE.IN charges a transaction fee for each sale made on the platform. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the sale price (excluding taxes and shipping charges). This fee is automatically deducted from the total payment due to the seller.
- Payment Schedule: Payments to sellers are processed on a weekly basis. The payment cycle runs from Monday to Sunday, and payments will be disbursed within 7 business days after the end of the cycle. Payments will be transferred via bank transfer to the bank account details provided by the seller during registration.
- Payment Method: All payments will be made through bank transfers. Sellers are required to provide accurate and up-to-date banking details to ensure smooth processing of payments. SHOPDOSE.IN will not be responsible for any delays caused by incorrect banking information.
- Refunds and Chargebacks: In case of customer refunds or chargebacks, the respective amount will be deducted from the seller’s balance. If a chargeback occurs, the seller will be notified, and the funds will be withheld until the situation is resolved.
- Minimum Payout Threshold: Payments will only be made if the seller’s account balance exceeds a minimum payout threshold of ₹500. If the threshold is not met in a given payment cycle, the balance will roll over to the next cycle until the minimum payout is reached.
Seller Obligations
- Product Pricing: Sellers are responsible for setting the prices of their products. Prices must be accurate and reflect the product’s true value. SHOPDOSE.IN reserves the right to adjust pricing in cases of fraud or mispricing.
- Product Availability: Sellers must ensure that the products listed for sale are available and ready for dispatch. Delays in shipping or product unavailability can result in delayed payments or penalties.
- Payment Discrepancies: If a seller notices any discrepancies in their payment, they should contact SHOPDOSE.IN support within 7 days of the payment date. Any disputes raised after this period will not be entertained.
Shopdose Payment Security
- Fraud Prevention: To protect against fraudulent activities, all transactions on SHOPDOSE.IN are monitored. Any suspicious behavior will be investigated, and payments may be delayed or withheld until investigations are completed.
- Seller Account Integrity: Sellers must maintain the integrity of their account. Any attempts to manipulate or deceive the platform’s payment system can result in account suspension or termination, along with the withholding of any pending payments.
