User Agreement for SHOPDOSE.IN

Effective Date: 1st April 2025

Introduction

Welcome to SHOPDOSE.IN, a fashion marketplace operated by Crystorix Traders Private Limited. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions for users accessing or using the SHOPDOSE.IN platform (“Platform”). By accessing, browsing, or using SHOPDOSE.IN, you agree to comply with this Agreement.

1. Agreement Acceptance

By using SHOPDOSE.IN, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions laid out in this User Agreement, along with all other applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Platform.

2. User Eligibility

To use SHOPDOSE.IN, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Have the legal capacity to form binding contracts.

  • Sellers on SHOPDOSE.IN must ensure that their product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
  • SHOPDOSE.IN is not responsible for the quality, legality, or availability of the products sold by third-party sellers. Users must resolve disputes with sellers directly.

6. Payment Terms

  • All transactions made through SHOPDOSE.IN are subject to the payment terms specified in the Payment Policy.
  • Buyers must ensure that their payment methods are valid and up-to-date. Sellers will receive payment as per the payout schedule outlined in the Payment Policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. SHOPDOSE.IN is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
  • Sellers are responsible for delivering the purchased items to buyers within the agreed-upon time.

8. Returns and Cancellations

  • SHOPDOSE.IN facilitates a return and refund process based on the Returns and Warranty Policy.
  • Buyers should review the Returns and Warranty Policy carefully before making a purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on SHOPDOSE.IN, including trademarks, logos, and product listings, is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without permission from SHOPDOSE.IN.

10. Termination

  • SHOPDOSE.IN reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account at its discretion, particularly in cases of violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws.
  • Users can terminate their accounts at any time by following the proper procedure on the Platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, users agree to attempt to resolve it amicably with SHOPDOSE.IN. If resolution is not possible, users may seek resolution through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms or, if necessary, through the courts.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • SHOPDOSE.IN will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • SHOPDOSE.IN’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Modifications to the Agreement

SHOPDOSE.IN reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and the updated Agreement will be effective as soon as it is published. Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
